Steve was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and I’d absolutely use him again for any future real estate transactions. When selling my home, he negotiated a great price for me; when looking for my next home, he was very honest, pointing out the good and the bad at each home we toured. After closing on my new home, he also had great ideas for simple improvements that could make a big difference. He was readily available and accessible, and he made me feel like I was his only client.

Being from out of town we were afraid it would be a challenge to sell our home in Green Bay. Steve made it easy and stress free for us. He is not afraid of technology and uses all available avenues to make the process so simple. When there were to-do’s on our end he had knowledge and connections to local businesses that he knew would provide us good, quality service. Steve made himself available to us when necessary for pretty much anything we needed him for-I felt above and beyond what one would expect.
